Barnhurst Lane, Pendeford (Cleveland land Services)
Up to a dozen sports pitces were created at the new £3 million centre on Branhurst Lane,Pendeford, including senior, junior and mini-pitches. There will also be running and bike track and changing facilities.
Midland Roadstone supplied a series of products to this site including 10mm-dust, Type 1 aggregates and graded washed gravels to Cleveland Land Services who were developing the 25 acre site.
Once these earthworks have been completed, under-pitch drainage was installed before the grass is seeded this autumn.
Other work will take place in due course, including the creation of a car park, the installation of fencing and landscaping.
